A high-efficiency automatic hole and groove drilling device for timing belt.

1. Through the set motor, screw rod and ball nut, the motor drives the driving gear to rotate, so that the drive through the lower gear drives the screw rod to rotate, so that the screw rod drives the synchronous belt to close to multiple hole cutters through the ball nut and moving plate, so that multiple hole cutters can synchronously punch the synchronous belt, thus achieving the effect of high efficiency of timing belt drilling.

2. Through the set driven gear and transmission shaft, the driven gear is meshed with the driving gear, so that a plurality of driven gears that mesh with each other drive a plurality of hole cutters to rotate, and the hole cutters squeeze the synchronous belt while also rotating and cutting, to prevent burring on the inner surface of the hole, so as to achieve the effect of high accuracy of synchronous belt drilling and improve the quality of synchronous belt drilling.

3. Through the set cylinder, extrusion plate and supporting plate, the supporting plate is used to provide the positioning reference for the synchronous belt, and then the cylinder drives the extrusion plate to move, so that the extrusion plate and the moving plate squeeze and fix the synchronous belt, making the positioning of the synchronous belt accurate, so as to achieve the effect of accurate perforate position of the timing belt.

4. Through the set sliding bar, the moving plate slides on the two sliding bars through the sliding hole, which makes the moving plate drive the synchronous belt to move more stably, and prevents the jitter when the timing belt is punched, thus further realizing the effect of high drilling accuracy of the timing belt.
